WebYeah I had the same issue when I cleaned my PC too. It was stuck on the Orange LED on motherboard, didn't boot or post. I reconnected my GPU three PCIe cables and it booted, but when I finished cleaning and put it together it didn't boot, same Orange light. I had to re-seat the RAM and it didn't boot, I switched the RAM around and it booted.
