Then when you load up HOI4 on GeForce now then if you wait it’ll download the mods you want. But you’d have to download them every time. Doesn’t take long. WebFolks were bending the gaming rigs a bit to get Steam workshop mods installed and working, but those loopholes have been closed. This unfortunately makes GeForce NOW pretty much useless for playing Cities: Skylines.
