This completely broke the DLC industry supply chains, as well as the goods supply chain. My city has 0 zoned industry goods production, everything is (was) imported to warehouses, and was working fine. WebIf these 'orders' can't be satisfied by local sources, it will import them until the 50 percent level is reached, then it will stop. If you have a lot of local fields about, it will take them from there and less will be imported. Once I had a few fields placed it got a lot better about streaming in lots of trucks.
